Tanoura show in Cairo
One of our tour representatives will meet you at you hotel in the evening, and then you will be driven to Wekalet El Ghoury which is located at El Azhar. The Tanoura show in Cairo is considered to be the best Egyptian Folk music show in all of Egypt.
The shows are performed by the “El Tanoura Troupe for the Cultural Heritage” which has performed in more than 30 different countries around the world. The show begins at 18h15 with a group of Egyptian musicians playing a selection of traditional folk music. After this comes the Tanoura dance performance, and then the show ends will a very special Whirling Dervish performance. After the show ends, you are then driven back to your hotel in one of our deluxe vehicles.
