DAY 1 – Arrive in Amman for your 4 Day Best of Jordan Private Tour

When you arrive in Amman for your 4-day Jordan tour, our tour representative meets you at the airport. Once you clear immigration, he transfers you to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. He will get you checked in and also confirm pick-up times for your upcoming tours. After this, you are left on your own to enjoy the rest of the day as you wish.

DAY 2 – Ruins of Jerash and Dead Sea Trip

Enjoy a good hotel breakfast, and then at the confirmed time you are fetched from your hotel, and then you make your way to Jerash to see the remains of an ancient Greco-Roman city. On arrival, you will meet up with a specialist English-speaking local guide who will then give you a detailed tour of the site.

The colonnaded street, Oval Plaza, the Nymphaeum, and the Temple of Artemis are a clear indication of the grandeur that this city once enjoyed. Today, Jerash is considered the best example of Greco-Roman architecture outside of Italy.

When you are finished at Jerash, you then drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Floating on the Dead Sea is an amazing experience and one which we highly recommend.

After a relaxing afternoon at the Dead Sea, you will then be driven back to your hotel in Amman.

DAY 3 – The Rose City of Petra

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, and then our tour representative fetches you, and you drive to Petra which takes about 2.5 hours. The Rose City of Petra, also known as the Lost City of Petra, is the biggest highlight of our 4-Day Best of Jordan Private Tour. No amount of words can accurately describe this magnificent rock-cut Nabatean city.

When you get to the site, you will get from the visitor center to the canyon entrance (Siq) on horseback, a distance of around 700 meters. When a group of nomadic Nabatean Arabs settle in the area, they set about carving a fully functioning city out of the walls of a long and deep rock gorge.

As you make your way through the gorge, you will see many breathtaking features, but the most breathtaking of them all is the magnificent Treasury located at the end of the gorge.

You will have a professional English-speaking guide with you for this tour which generally lasts about two hours. Be warned, this tour involves quite a lot of walking, so a comfortable pair of suitable shoes is highly recommended.

After your tour, you meet up with our tour representative and driver, and then you are transferred back to your hotel in Amman.

DAY 4 – Transfer to Airport for Final Departure

Your 4-Day Best of Jordan Private Tour has come to an end. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, and then at the appropriate time our tour representative will fetch you from your hotel, and then drive you to the airport in time for your flight out of Jordan.
