15-Day Combined Tour of Jordan, Egypt and UAE

DAY 1 – Arrive in Cairo / Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Tour Begins

Your tour manager will be waiting at the airport when you arrive in Cairo. There will also be one of our drivers waiting for you outside. Once you clear immigration, you will be transferred to your hotel in one of our deluxe air-conditioned vehicles. After you have been checked-in at the hotel, pick-up times will be confirmed with you for your upcoming tours.

There are no scheduled tours on the first day of your Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi tour. Instead, you will have the rest of the day to yourself.

DAY 2 – Cairo Tour – Pyramids, Museum and Khan el Khalili Bazaar

After breakfast, your guide and driver will fetch you at the agreed time. You will then drive to Giza to see the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. By the time you are finished at the pyramids it will soon be time for lunch. You will be taken for lunch at a good local restaurant.

Once you have eaten, you will be taken to see the famous Egyptian Museum. Be sure to check out the Treasures Room. This room houses all the artifacts that were found inside Tutankhamen’s tomb in the Valley of Kings in Luxor.

After you are finished at the museum, you will drive to the Islamic Quarter to visit the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Dating back to the late 14th century, it is one of the oldest bazaars in the world. It is also one of the most visited attractions in Cairo. Once you are finished exploring and/or shopping, you will then be transferred back to your hotel.

DAY 3 – Nile Cruise Embarkation in Luxor and East Bank Tour

Today you will check-out from your hotel in Cairo and you will board a flight to Luxor. We will have someone waiting for you at the airport when you arrive in Luxor, and then you will be taken to board your Nile River cruise. Enjoy lunch aboard the ship and some free time for yourself.

A bit later in the afternoon, one of our expert guides will escort you on a visit to two ancient sites on Luxor’s East Bank. You will visit Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple during this excursion. All tours during your Nile cruise are small group tours. When your tour on the East Bank is over, you will return to the cruise ship and you will have the rest of the day to yourself.

DAY 4 – West Bank Tour with Overnight in Edfu

After breakfast, your guide will escort you and your group on a tour to see three ancient sites on Luxor’s West Bank. Your tour will begin with a visit to the Valley of Kings. This is an ancient royal cemetery where New Kingdom pharaohs and nobles were laid to rest. More than 60 tombs were discovered here, including the tomb of King Tutankhamen.

When you are finished at the Valley of Kings, you will visit the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut. This is a huge and magnificent rock-cut temple complex. It was constructed by the same workers that excavated and decorated the tombs in the Valley of Kings.

After visiting the temple, you will then visit the Colossi of Memnon while heading back to your cruise ship. Shortly after you board the ship, it will depart from Luxor and it will sail to Edfu where it will dock for the night.

DAY 5 – Horus Temple, Kom Ombo Temple and Overnight in Aswan

After breakfast today, your guide will escort you on another excursion. This time you will visit Edfu Temple, also known as the Temple of Horus. This is best-preserved ancient temple. When you are finished at the temple you will return to the cruise ship. At the scheduled time, it will depart from Edfu and it will sail to Kom Ombo.

You will reach Kom Ombo later in the morning, and then you will visit Kom Ombo Temple. This temple was dedicated to two different gods: Horus the falcon-headed god and Sobek the crocodile god. After your visit to the temple you will return to the cruise ship and it will soon depart from Kom Ombo. It will then sail to Aswan where it will dock for the night.

DAY 6 – Aswan Monuments Tour

After breakfast, your guide will accompany you and your group on another excursion. During this excursion, you will visit the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the Temple of Philae. Philae Temple was dedicated to two goddesses, Hathor and Isis. This is one of several ancient structures that were moved to higher ground when the Aswan High Dam was being built.

After your visit to the temple, you will head back to the cruise ship and then you will have the rest of the day to yourself. There are no further tours or excursions on this day of your Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Tour.

DAY 7 – Cruise Disembarkation / Fly to Cairo

Today you will check-out and disembark from the cruise ship and you will be taken to the airport to board a flight back to Cairo. Your tour manager will once again meet you when you arrive, and you will be transferred to your hotel.

There are no tours scheduled for this day, but you can enjoy an optional tour to the extraordinary rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel.

DAY 8 – Fly to Amman in Jordan

Today you will check-out from your hotel in Cairo, and then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport so that you can board your flight to Amman in Jordan. One of our Jordanian tour representatives will meet at the airport in Amman and transfer you to your hotel. He will get you checked-in and also confirm pick-up times for your upcoming tours.

There are no tours scheduled for this day of your Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Tour. Once you have been checked-in at the hotel, you will have the rest of the day to yourself.

DAY 9 – Jerash and Dead Sea Tour

After breakfast, your driver and an English-speaking assistant will meet you at your hotel. You will drive to the ancient city of Jerash. The ruins here are considered to be the best example of ancient Roman architecture outside of Italy. When you reach the site, you will meet up with a guide who will take you on a tour of the area.

After your tour, you will then drive to the Dead Sea for an afternoon of relaxation and an opportunity to float on the water. Later in the day, or whenever you are ready, your driver will drive you back to your hotel in Amman.

DAY 10 – Lost City of Petra Tour

Today will be one of the highlights of your Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Tour. After breakfast, your driver will fetch you and then you will drive to Petra to see the Lost City of Petra. Also known as the Rose Red City of Petra, it is the biggest and most famous tourist attraction in Jordan.

At some point during the 6th century BC, a tribe of nomadic Nabatean Arabs settled in the area. They then carved their city out of the sandstone cliffs of a long and deep rock gorge in the desert. They were even able to secure a year-round supply of fresh water for the city’s inhabitants.

When you reach the site you will meet up with a local English-speaking guide. He will take you for your tour, making sure that you get to see the very best features of the city. These will include the Street of Facades; the Pharaoh’s Castle; the Royal Tombs, and the magnificent Treasury.

After your tour, meet up with your driver again and he will then transfer you back to your hotel in Amman.
NOTE: Your Petra tour involves quite a lot of walking. There is a 700-meter walk from the visitor center to canyon entrance. The canyon entrance is another 1,200 meters long.

DAY 11 – Fly to Dubai

Today you will be leaving Jordan. After you have checked-out from your hotel, our tour representative will transfer you the airport in time for your flight to Dubai. One of our tour representatives will meet you when arrive and then transfer you to your hotel.

There no tours scheduled for this day of your Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Tour. Once you have checked-in at the hotel, you will have the rest of the day to yourself.

DAY 12 – Dubai Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel at the confirmed time. Today’s tour will begin with a visit to the Fort of Al-Fahidi and the Dubai Museum. The museum is actually located inside the fort. When you are finished at the museum you will be taken to one of the piers on Dubai Creek. You will then board a traditional abra boat that will take you across the creek to see the famous gold and spice souks.

After the souks, you will visit the magnificent Jumeirah Mosque. From here, you will be taken for a photo-taking opportunity at the iconic Burj Al Arab. Once you are finished taking photos, you will visit Saga World, a beautiful Arabian-themed shopping mall. This is the last stop on your tour so when you are finished at the mall, your will be transferred back to your hotel.

In the evening, you will be picked up, and you will drive to the Dubai Marina. When you arrive you will board a magical Dubai Marina dinner cruise. After your cruise, you will be met at the pier and then driven back to your hotel.

DAY 13 – Abu Dhabi Sightseeing Tour

Today you will be leaving for Abu Dhabi shortly after breakfast. When you get there, you will head straight for the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. This is the 4th-biggest mosque in the world with a 40,000-person capacity. It is also one of the most opulent mosques in the world.

After your visit to the mosque, you will visit Union Square on your way to the Corniche. The route to the Corniche will take you past the magnificent Emirates Palace. You will be able to stop to take some photos, but only of the outside. Once you leave the Corniche, you will then visit the Louver Museum, one of Abu Dhabi’s latest attractions. When you are finished at the museum, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Dubai.

DAY 14 – Desert Safari Tour

At around 15h00, you will be fetched from your hotel for a 4×4 drive into the desert. Once in the desert, you will drive across several dunes before finally stopping on top of the highest dune in the area. This drive is timed to ensure that you are on the dune when the sun starts to set so that you can take some breathtaking photos. You will also be able to try some sand board while you are here.

After spending some time on the dunes you will drive to a Bedouin desert camp for some refreshments and an opportunity to go for a short camel ride. While you are relaxing or riding a camel, your hosts will be preparing a delicious BBQ dinner. Enjoy you dinner in the desert just as the stars are starting to appear in the night sky.
There will also be some entertainment in the form of Arabian music and a tanoura dancer doing various routines. Later, you will get back in the 4×4 and you will be transferred back to your hotel for your last night in Dubai.

DAY 15 – Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Tour Ends / Final Departure

Your Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Tour has come to an end. After you have been checked-out from your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport in time for you to board your flight out of Dubai.
