DAY 1 – Arrive in Cairo for THE 2022 Egypt Vacation Package

These Egypt tour packages are more than just sightseeing tours. They are also designed to make your stay as flawless and as hassle-free as possible. We even provide your Egypt entry visa when you arrive at the airport in Cairo.

After clearing immigration, we transfer you to your hotel in air-conditioned comfort. After checking in at the hotel, your tour manager will review your itinerary with you and also confirm pick-up times for your different tours. After that’s been taken care of, we leave you to enjoy the rest of the day as you wish.

DAY 2 – Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum

Enjoy breakfast at your 5-Star hotel, and visit Egypt’s most famous attraction, the Great Pyramids and Sphinx at the Giza necropolis on the outskirts of Cairo. While at this site you will also visit the Valley Temple and have the option of visiting the nearby Solar Boat museum. Tickets for the museum are not included in the price of our Egypt vacation packages but can be purchased at the site.

After your tour at the pyramids you break for lunch. This will be had at a good local restaurant, and then you head to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, also known as the Egyptian Museum. When you are finished at the museum, which houses more than 120,000 artifacts, your guide and driver take you back to your hotel.

DAY 3 – Transfer to Luxor and Luxor East Bank Tour

After breakfast, your guide and driver arrive and they take you to see the old Cairo Citadel. While here, you also visit the wonderful Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. There are also some other museums here, including the Police Museum.

When you are finished at the Cairo Citadel, you visit a good local restaurant for lunch and then you make your way to the Khan el Khalili Bazaar. This is the biggest, oldest, and most famous bazaar in Egypt. Enjoy some time strolling down its many meandering lanes and alleys and when you are ready to leave, you will be driven back to your hotel.

DAY 4 – Transfer to Aswan, Cruise Embarkation and Nubian Museum

This morning you will check-out from your hotel quite early then you will be driven the airport to board a flight to Aswan. One of our tour representatives will then meet you at the airport in Aswan, and they will escort you to the port area where you will board the luxurious Oberoi Philae Nile cruiser.

Your cruise schedule today will be as follows:

16h00 – Visit the Nubian museum by way of a motor boat trip

DAY 5 – Aswan to Kom Ombo and back to Aswan

The 5^th day of our Egypt vacation package is a perfect blend of relaxation and sighting. Today’s Oberoi Philae schedule will be as follows:

06h00 – The Oberoi Philae departs from Aswan and sails to Kom Ombo

07h00 to 09h00 – Breakfast is served

09h00 – Onshore excursion to see the ancient Kom Ombo twin-temple complex

10h30 – The Oberoi Philae starts sailing back to Aswan

10h30 to 13h00 – Free time

13h00 – Lunch is served

14h00 – Onshore excursion to see the Aswan High Dam and the ancient Temple of Philae

17h00 to 19h00 – Free time

19h00 – Cocktail reception

19h30 – Catering crew start to serve dinner

The second night of your cruise is once again spent on the quiet waters of the Nile at Aswan.

DAY 6 – Aswan Departure, Edfu Temple, and Overnight at Esna

Today you will be leaving Aswan and you will be sailing to Edfu to see Egypt’s best-preserved ancient cult temple, the Temple of Horus. After your excursion you will then sail to Esna where the Oberoi Philae will remain for the night.

DAY 7 – Sail to Luxor and Luxor Sightseeing

Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing morning cruise to Luxor and then in the afternoon visit fascinating attractions on Luxor’s East Bank.

DAY 8 – Luxor West Bank Tour and Temple of Dendara at Qena

Today begins with an early morning excursion to see three ancient attractions, including the Valley of Kings and its many ancient royal tombs. Tutankhamun’s tomb and the tomb of Ramses VI are also located here.

06h00 to 07h00 – Early morning excursion to see the Valley of Kings, Dier El Madina and the Colossi of Memnon

12h00 to 14h00 – Lunch is served and the Oberoi Philae sails to Qena

18h00 to 19h30 – Onshore excursion to see the ancient Temple of Dendara

DAY 9 – Abydos Temple and Sail Back to Luxor

DAY 10 – Cruise Disembarkation and Red Sea Transfer

Enjoy breakfast and then it will be time for check-out and disembarkation. You will now be driven in air-conditioned comfort to Sahl Hasheesh on the Red Sea coast. This is a very pleasant and very scenic 3-hour drive.

When you reach Sahl Hasheesh, you will head directly to the luxury Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh Hotel and Spa. This is one of our newest and one of our most luxurious partner hotels. If total relaxation and pampering is your thing, you are simply going to love the fantastic seaside resort.

There are no excursions scheduled for this day of your holiday, so once you have check-in, you will have the rest of the day to yourself.

DAY 11 – Free Day with Optional Tours/Activities

Your Red Sea stay at the Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh is meant to be all about relaxation, so there are no tours scheduled for today. However, there are lots of optional tours and activities available, but which are not included in the price of these Egypt vacation packages.

Go SCUBA diving, quad biking, camel trekking, or simple enjoy some blissful peace and quiet at your luxury resort.

DAY 12 – Free Day with Optional Tours/Activities

Once again, these 13-day Egypt vacation packages don’t include any tours today. Instead, we leave it up to our clients to decide how they wish to spend their time while here on the Red Sea coast. If the peace and tranquility starts to get a much for you, lively Hurghada is only a short drive away.

DAY 13 – Egypt Vacation Packages End | Final Departure via Cairo

At the confirmed time, one of our tour representatives and a driver will fetch, and then you will be driven to the airport in Hurghada. The drive from Sahl Hasheesh to Hurghada Airport only takes about 30 minutes.

Once at the airport you will check-in and then board a flight to Cairo for your flight back home. Your journey in Egypt is over, but you will have enjoyed one of the very best Egypt vacation packages ever.
